- Welcome and Registration:
- Registration of members, subscriptions to be paid.
- Approval of Minutes:
- Approval of the minutes of the previous AGM held on 11/02/2026.
- Chairman’s Report:
- Presentation of the Chairman’s report on the club’s activities.
- Treasurer’s Report:
- Presentation of the financial statements for the year ending 2026.
- Appointment of Auditors:
- Members to approve the appointment of auditors for the coming year.
- Election of Committee Members:
- Election of members to positions on the committee. Positions up for election, President, Vice President, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Show Secretary and Safety Officers.
- Any Other Business:
- Members are invited to raise any additional items for discussion.
The AGM will then be followed by a standard club meeting to discuss 2027 Charities and other important items of discussion.
