Event Details:

• Date: Bank Holiday Monday, May 26th, 2025
• Time: The gate opens for exhibitors at 6:00 AM and for the general public at 9:00 AM. All exhibitors must arrive and be on-site by 9:00 AM. After this time, entry will only be permitted at the discretion of the section leader.
• Location: Red House Farm, A489, Caersws SY17 5SF
• While we do not provide official camping facilities for exhibitors, we can potentially accommodate overnight stays if you arrive the night before. However, it is essential that you are self-sufficient, bringing your own water and supplies. Please ensure you call Toby Lloyd at 01938 570621 to confirm availability before planning to camp onsite.
