    Main Competition Terms and Conditions

    1. Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except for members of the Mid-Wales Vintage Machinery Club (MWVMC).
    2. Competition Period: The competition commences upon the publication of the competition post on the MWVMC Facebook page and concludes on Saturday, 4th May 2024 at 20:00.
    3. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must ‘Like’ and comment on the competition post on the MWVMC Facebook page. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.
    4. Prizes: There are two prizes available: one (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to the Caersws Vintage Rally, and another winner will receive a voucher for tea and cake for two. Prizes are as stated and are non-transferable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
    5. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all complete and eligible entries received. The draw will be performed by a members of the MWVMC.
    6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via Facebook within 48 hours of the competition closure. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
    7. General: MWVMC reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and for any reason.
    8. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
    9. Facebook: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering this competition, participants agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.
    10. Governing Law: This competition will be governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
