Our dedicated members make it a point to come together at least once a month to partake in these fantastic activities.

A Relaxed and Fun Indoor Day for All
Following the weather-related cancellation of our outdoor crank up at Graham’s Farm, we’re delighted to announce a rearranged indoor event!
Join us for a friendly, laid-back day of vintage displays, games, food and fun, open to all MWVMC members, their families, and friends.
This may be the last chance of the year to show off your vintage tractor, stationary engine, classic car, or Land Rover — so don’t miss it!
Day Timings
Start: 10:30am
Lunch: Around 1:00pm
Finish: Approximately 4:00pm
Displays
Working and static exhibits including:
- Stationary engines and working machines
- Vintage and classic tractors
- Classic cars and Land Rovers
- Vintage tools and unusual items
- Vintage children’s merry-go-round
Please display a short notice with your exhibit, including its age and history.
Competitions & Games
Test your skills (and luck!) with:
- 9-pin traditional skittles
- Darts
- Quoits
- Coconut shy
- Air rifle shooting
…and more!
Prizes may be available for the winners!
Food & Refreshments
Enjoy a sit-down buffet lunch (around 1:00pm) with a choice of hot dishes.
Please feel free to bring along cakes, desserts, biscuits or buns to share.
Tea and coffee will be available all day.
You’re also welcome to bring your own vintage cider or real ale.
A small donation towards food costs would be appreciated.
Dress Code
Everyone is encouraged to come dressed in vintage or period clothing.
If you’re exhibiting, try to match your outfit to the era or country of your exhibit!
Special mention: to the member bringing the VW Camper — we expect a full Surf Dude look (surfboard included)!
Prizes for best dressed adult and under-16.

Exhibitors are welcome to set up:
- Saturday: 2:00pm – 4:30pm
- Sunday: from 9:30am

Our clubs annual Christmas Social, Members can reflect on the year over drinks with friends. Presentation of photographs from the last 12 months. Hot food will be provided for members.

The MWVMC’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). During this meeting we elect our club officials, review our general operations and collect subs from members.
