
An e-ticket is a digital ticket sent instantly after purchase. You can:
- Display it on your mobile device
- Print it at home (black & white or colour)
E-tickets are cheaper when bought online in advance and are scanned / confirmed at the gate for streamlined entry.
- Each e-ticket is valid for one use. Once scanned or confirmed by an official, it cannot be reused.
- Each member of your group must have their own ticket ready.
Tips for mobile tickets:
- Save or screenshot your tickets before arriving.
- Keep your phone charged and your screen brightness high.
- Open your e-ticket at the entrance for quick scanning.
Printing is optional. Only the first scan will be accepted; duplicates will be rejected.
Important: Ticket issues cannot be resolved at the entrance. You may need to purchase new tickets if there are problems.
Common reasons orders may fail include:
Security checks failed
- Your billing address may not match your bank statement exactly.
- Try typing it manually rather than using lookup tools.
- Try a different browser, device, or card.
- Keep names and addresses within normal length limits.
Bank verification issues
Contact your bank if security checks fail. On small screens, you may need to scroll in pop-ups.
Certain tickets must be purchased with others
Child, or add-on tickets cannot be bought alone. Contact us if needed.
Required fields or extra questions not completed
- Make sure all mandatory fields (*) are completed.
- Answer any additional questions to proceed.
General troubleshooting
- Try a different device or browser.
- Clear your basket, refresh the page and start again.

Accessing tickets at the event:
- Save tickets somewhere easily accessible or take clear screenshots.
- Ensure your phone is charged before arrival.
- Have your ticket open and ready at the entrance for quick scanning.
If you didn’t receive your tickets or need to download them again, you can resend your tickets for free.
How to resend your tickets:
- Go to the ticket resend page using this link:
- Enter your email address used at the time of purchase.
- Your tickets will be sent to your email immediately.
Notes:
- Check your junk/spam/promotions folder if you don’t see the email.
- You can resend tickets as many times as needed, there is no extra charge.
- Ensure the email address you enter matches the one used when purchasing.
- If the email address used during checkout is not working, you will need to contact us directly for assistance.
