In the event that Caersws Vintage Rally is cancelled by us for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements, we will provide a full refund for your prebooked ticket purchase. Please note that this refund will be processed minus any booking fees.
b. Cancellation of Individual Bookings by Mid-Wales Vintage Machinery Club Ltd
Mid-Wales Vintage Machinery Club Ltd reserves the right to cancel individual bookings or refuse admission to the rally for any individual or group if there is a breach of event rules, disruptive behaviour, or any other reason deemed necessary by our organizers. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the affected booking(s), minus any booking fees.
2. Booking Fee Deduction
When processing a refund for a canceled event, any booking fees associated with your original ticket purchase will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee helps cover administrative and processing costs associated with ticket sales.
