During summer this year, a massive £2500 has been raised for two wonderful local charities, Blood Bikes Wales and Wales Air Ambulance. We had some fantastic events including two tractor runs, a ploughing match and a Crank Up.
The club would like to give a big thank you to the Family of Ioan Astley for putting on an excellent Memorial Tractor Run to commemorate the late Ioan Astley, to Harry Hockly for organising the clubs Charity Tractor Run, Tracy Jones, our members and the local community for a superb ploughing match and to John Bennett and Family for use of their field for the September Crank Up.
At our October meeting (12/10/2022) a cheque for £1500 will be presented to Blood Bikes Wales.
A further £1000 will go towards our 2022 charity Wales Air Ambulance and will be presented nearer the clubs AGM.
